Provider Navigation Tools

Entering the healthcare system can be a confusing and overwhelming experience. Finding the right in-network care, spending time researching providers and resolving issues, understanding the full scope of benefit coverages, coordinating between multiple facilities… and the list continues. This often will result in increased cost for both the employee and employer.

Implementing navigation tools to help employee throughout the healthcare system can have a huge impact on claims and the total cost of the insurance program. Additionally, these resources will drastically improve the employee experience. By providing personal Healthcare Concierge options, price transparency tools, reward programs, bill review and Rx Saving instruments, employer groups can identify real savings while improving the member experience.

Engagement Initiatives 

Providing tools and programs are great! But worthless if no one uses them. Implementing a thoughtful and deliberate engagement campaign can improve participation, understanding and utilization of care mitigation tools. Year-round education of your benefits can be done in several ways including emails, flyers, posters, SMS messaging, app notifications and personal interactions.
